Are you 60 or older? Join us for Wits Fitness, a fun and interactive brain-boosting class as part of our Senior Nutrition Program! In partnership with University of Illinois, Educator Tessa Hobbs-Curley will lead activities designed to promote socialization, reduce isolation, and promote intellectual engagement in older adults.

After class, enjoy a delicious, nutritious lunch at 11:30 AM—a perfect way to fuel your body!
