NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

TO THE MEMBERS OF SECURITY BANCORP, MHC

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the members of Security Bancorp, MHC will be held at 220 East Broadway, in the City of Monmouth, Illinois, on November 20, 2024 at the hour of 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of:

– Election of directors

– and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting of any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

Only owners of shares of record at the close of the business, September 30, 2024, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
