Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 2 agents arrested 46-year-old Shanna L. Miller of Moline, IL for Manufacturing Child Pornography (Class X Felony) and Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child (Class X Felony).
On June 18, 2024, ISP agents executed a search warrant as part of an on-going investigation into the dissemination of child pornography. During the next several months, ISP agents were able to identify Miller as a suspect in that investigation.
On December 21, 2024, ISP agents arrested Miller near the 4000 block of 11th Avenue in Moline, IL on the above-mentioned charges. Miller was transported to the Rock Island County Jail. There is no additional information.

The charges are not evidence against the defendant, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
