Two major events with the Monmouth Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 265 take place in the month of December, with the first being the annual Warren County Power 4 Seniors event on December 13th, shares Monmouth Police Department Investigator Josh Kramer:

“Carol over at the Strom Center and her whole staff is phenomenal at putting this together. Obviously, they work in the community with the elder population, and they accumulate a list, provide a sack lunch; the union, we raise funds for the Power 4 Seniors and what we do is give out Ameren checks, roughly around 20 to 30, depending on fundraising. We just randomly select them and Darren at Save A Lot has been phenomenal with providing turkeys and gift cards and then whatever else goodies that we can raise to give out that day. So, they will have their list, and it is a drive thru.”

On December 22nd, the annual Cops and Kids event will be held with the Monmouth Fraternal Order of Police.
