Healthy eating plays a vital role in well-being, especially as we age. If you’re 60 or older, Jamieson Community Center’s Senior Nutrition Program invites you to join us for nutritious meals and fun activities!

This February, our Senior Nutrition Site Managers have planned seven special events alongside meals to encourage social connections. Bring a Friend February kicks off at Strom Center in Monmouth, followed by Bring a Friend Friday on February 7 at Roseville Community Center. Mercer County Senior Center in Aledo will host Brain Teaser Café on February 10 to challenge the mind. On February 19, Senior Resource Spotlight at Henderson Senior Center in Oquawka will highlight local services, and on February 24, the same location will feature Discover
Henderson County’s Rich History. Fun and games take center stage on February 28 with Roll, Deal, and Dine at Mercer County Senior Center and a Jigsaw Puzzle Swap at Roseville Community Center.
