Barbara A. Roseberry, 88, of Galesburg, died at 9:37 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in Woodridge Supportive Living Center.

She was born February 3, 1937, in North Henderson, the daughter of George and Cecil (Bair) Gordon. She married Edwin C. Olin on September 13, 1958, in Alexis. He preceded her in death in 1971. She later married Ward Roseberry on October 6, 1984, in Alexis. He preceded her in death in 2007.

She is survived by three children, Julie (Donnie) Fox of Galesburg, Cindy (Bob) Gueltzow of Louisville, Kentucky, and Clint (Terri) Olin of Galesburg; nine grandchildren, Mandy Rodiek, Amy Hennenfent, Tyler Hayden, Nicole Hroziencik, Sarah Caudill, Sara Hayden, Mark Gueltzow, Nate Olin, and Sean Hayden; and 17 great grandchildren with two more expected soon. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Ronnie Gordon, Tom Gordon, Don Gordon, Joan Hunt, and Agnes Pruessing.

Barbara graduated from Alexis High School in 1955 and went on to be a bookkeeper for many years at M & W Ag in Alexis. She was a devout Catholic and a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She was a member and past president of Chapter G PEO, and a member of the Amondata Club. Barbara was an avid Bridge player, enjoyed sewing, and was a St. Louis Cardinals fan. As a devoted grandmother, she enjoyed attending their sports events, playing games, taking family trips, and spending time together.

The Rosary will be prayed at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2025, at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral and Cremation Services, followed by visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Father William Miller will officiate. Burial will follow in the Alexis Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church or Hospice Compassus.
