The Summer Art Series at the Buchanan Center for the Arts is filling up fast, reports Program Coordinator Rebecca Quick:

“There are no more spots available from the 12 to 1 pm slot, but we have ten or so slots available from 2 to 3 pm. Our Summer Arts program is a seven-week program, starting Thursday, June 5th and it will be every Thursday until July 17th. These classes are free and meant for kids in kindergarten through sixth grade, however if you have students who are older, we absolutely accept them as well. Students are not required to sign up for all the classes but may if they choose. These classes are only made possible by the generosity of our community through the Addleman Foundation, Ameren Illinois, Blick Art Materials, Galesburg Community Foundation, and the Unted Way of Greater Warren County.”

To reserve a spot for the Summer Art Series, contact the BCA at 309-734-3033.
