Grab your lawn chairs and get ready for a summer of FREE live music! Galva Arts Council is excited to kick off the 2025 Levitt AMP Galva Music series with back-to-back concerts Saturday, June 7th and Sunday, June 8th!

After this opening weekend, every Sunday through August 3rd, this family-friendly concert series will bring FREE live music to Wiley Park in Galva, Illinois. All concerts begin at 6:00 PM, end around 8:30 PM, and feature two acts per night. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable lawn seating. A variety of food and non-food vendors will be on-site, and guests are also welcome to bring in outside food.

Saturday, June 7th – Quique Escamilla & Charlotte Blu

  • Quique Escamilla is a Juno Award-winning artist originally from Chiapas, Mexico, who fuses traditional Mexican and Latin American sounds with rock, reggae, and folk, creating an electrifying and politically charged performance that speaks to social justice and the immigrant experience.
  • Charlotte Blu, at age 17, graced the stage of NBC’s “The Voice” to showcase her talent. Although she was not selected to move on in the competition, this was a defining moment that would help fuel her ambitions to become a better singer-songwriter.

Sunday, June 8th – Alysha Brilla & Zach Pietrini

  • Alysha Brilla is a three-time Juno Award-nominated artist and producer whose global fusion of folk, jazz, and world music reflects her Indo-Tanzanian heritage and passion for social activism. Her uplifting, rhythmic sound and deeply personal lyrics make for a powerful live experience.
  • Zach Pietrini, hailing from Milwaukee, WI, brings heartfelt Americana and indie rock vibes with a blue-collar soul. His honest songwriting and high-energy shows blend the storytelling tradition of Tom Petty with the emotional honesty of modern folk-rock.

Event Info

  • Street parking is available around the park and surrounding areas. Please do not park in the park.
  • New this year, handicap-accessible seating is located in the northwest corner of the park, with a designated unloading zone and golf cart shuttle service available for assistance.
  • Those with golf carts/UTVs are asked to keep their vehicles on the perimeter of the audience to prevent blocking the view of guests and minimize the risk of accident while driving through the park.

The Levitt AMP Galva Music Series is supported by many community sponsors, donors, and volunteers, and the Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, a private foundation that empowers towns and cities across America to transform underused public spaces into thriving destinations through the power of free, live music.
