September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. McDonough District Hospital’s Vice President of Business Strategy Patrick Osterman shares details of an upcoming free screening date in Macomb:

“Dr. David Lieber, he is from Blessing Health in Quincy, he comes up every Wednesday for our urology clinic on the second floor inside McDonough District Hospital. On September 17th, Blessing is actually going to be doing a free prostate cancer screening. All you have to do is go to Blessing’s website or call the urology clinic and they can get you scheduled. They have a certain time block set aside. It is a free screening, and we can’t emphasize the importance of doing those screenings when you can.”
