The girl’s traveled to Pontiac for the Class 1A Sectional today. Unfortunately we came home as runner up but still advance to the State Finals on Friday and Saturday in Decatur. We shot a team score of 349 behind Downs Tri Valley’s score of 348. It came right down to the last hole. We did come home with the Individual Sectional Champion as Meredith Yung played a great round of golf and shot 77 to win by two strokes. Paige Christianson shot 90, Jalyn Wallace shot 91, Abbey Kendall shot 91, Kennedy Martin shot 94 and Elly Hinton shot 117.
