With the news of the shutdown today: our federal partners will enter the buildings this morning to close out anything they have active but must vacate the premesis by 10am.

Soil and Water districts will still continue functioning but will not have access to the government building, equipment, or communication methods such as email and phone.

That being said: if you have a currently active application with me (Shawnee) for a large PFC project or cover crops, please proceed as normal. I will NOT be reachable by email at Shawnee.sheehan@il.nacdnet.net

You will have to reach me here on this account, at warrencosoilwater@gmail.com or on the district cell phone at 309-299-5171.

I have all current designs on external hard drives for contractors but at this time I will not be able to complete any surveys or CRP status reviews until the doors open back up and we have access to our federal agency partners equipment and information.

If you have further questions about a specific case of yours that is with our agency partners, please reach out today BEFORE 9am! If you have questions for me please don’t hesitate to call or email the methods I listed above!

I will keep this Facebook page updated with information on when our building will re-open.
