As the 2025 harvest is wrapping and about a month left of field work to prepare for the spring season, Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau President Jake Armstrong states the local crop was better than anticipated:
“I would say local we did a lot better than what was anticipated. We definitely had some disease pressure in corn, but we still had some good corn numbers out there. Soybean yields, I honestly have no idea where that came from not getting any rain in August and still having 80 plus bushel beans that were a good size and good test weight; a pleasant surprise.”
