Burlington Women Arrested for Aggravated Assault

Henderson County Sheriff Donald Seitz releases on August 8th, 2020 at 9:30, Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Amber M. Breuer, age: 25 of Burlington, IA for Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm without a FOID card. Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a residence in the Township of Stronghurst for a domestic violence call. After investigation, Deputies learned the suspect had an argument with her boyfriend, then the suspect retrieved a handgun from her vehicle and threatened to shoot the windows out of his truck. No injuries were reported.

Breuer was then transported to the Henderson County Jail, where she was held waiting for her court appearance.

ALL SUBJECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
