The Strom Center in Monmouth has been closed throughout the pandemic and is set to re-open on Monday, April 5th at 9 a.m.  The Center will be open Monday through Friday with signs posted at the entry doors with Covid-19 information.  Persons entering the Main Area will be required to wear a face covering and a limit of 45 persons will be enforced. Programs such as Bingo and Exercise class will be set up with social distancing requirements.  While the Strom Center is re-opening for socializing, the staff will continue to assist persons only by appointment.  The re-opening plan for the Strom Center’s Oquawka sites is projected for May.
