There is a current need in most of the region’s school districts for: Bus Drivers, Paraprofessionals, and Teachers. The Job Fair will provide the opportunity for job seeking individuals to meet with school district staff, receive clear and concise Qualifications, Step by Step instructions to become certified, and incentives to “sign on” with their local school districts. The job fair will also aid in recruiting students into the ROE Ed Pathways Program to help support aspiring teachers, especially in the Early Childcare Education and Care Field.
