Through the streets in downtown Monmouth. This year’s theme “Into the Future, Back to Our Roots.” Entry fees are $10 before September 1st. The Award Ceremony will be held around 6:30 pm at the Festival Grandstands, following the conclusion of our Parade. There are 4 different categories to be judged in (Commercial, Civic, Schools, + Religious – with monetary prize money and trophies being awarded to our top entries. A prize will also be awarded to the top 3 marching bands.
