Monmouth Fire Assistant Chief Cozadd Urges Awareness Amid City Construction

Share

With all the ongoing construction in the City of Monmouth, Monmouth Fire Assistant Chief Craig Cozadd advises motorists that when responding to a call they may use more side streets:

“We need people to be aware that we are trying to get to places and we are gong to do the work as I have always said, we just need you to stop, pull to the right if you can, just stop where you are, and we will get around you. Don’t do anything illegal. People like to get to stop lights and just run the red light to try and get out of our way, don’t do that, we will get around you. Just be aware with all the construction that is going on. It doesn’t matter what corner you are turning on. Just be aware that you may have an apparatus going through your residential area that you normally wouldn’t.”
