During the FREE 4 week program, learn about controlled falls, set goals for increasing activity, make changes to reduce falls at home, and exercise to increase strength and balance. This program will be held at the VNA Community Services building, 2262 Grand Avenue in Galesburg. A Matter of Balance will be held Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 am to 10:30 am, May 5th through May 30th.
