The Warren County Health Department and Strom Center are teaming up to hold the Warren County Wellness Program, focusing on nutrition, stretches, strength training, and the benefits of all of those as far as balance and bone health as you age, based on the ‘Fit and Strong’ program. Program will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 to 11 am, beginning April 2nd through May 23rd, at Strom Center in Monmouth.
