Share the joy of reading with area children this holiday season. Donate to the Wordsmith Bookshoppe for a book drive throughout November, and the Lutheran Social Services will hand them out to those in need.  

Serving chili, broccoli cheese, taco soup, spinach bisque, and hot dogs. All you can eat soups and sandwich, not dessert. Meals for Adults are $9 and Children are $3. Each meal comes with one dessert, drinks, and great friends to visit with. 50/50 raffle drawing at 6 pm.

Those 60 and older are invited to the Henderson County Health Department for a Holiday Meal, serving turkey/ham, mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, green beans, rolls, and pie.
