Patricia A. “Pattie” Fouts, age 62, of rural Dahinda, Illinois, died at 8:12 P.M. on Monday, July 1, 2019 at the Marigold Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Galesburg, Illinois.
Cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the Little John Conservation Club in rural Victoria, Illinois.
