On Thursday October 31, 2019 The Knox County Sheriff’s Department, the Galesburg Police Department, Monmouth Police Department and the West Central Illinois Task Force executed a search warrant at the address of 137 Loraine Dr, Apt. 306, and 59 Loraine Dr. Both address are located Kimberly Terrace, Galesburg Il.
At 137 Loraine Dr, Apt. 306 Detectives located, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and US Currency.
Michelle L. Esp, 51 years old, 137 Loraine Dr, Apt. 306 was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
A female juvenile was arrested on a juvenile warrant as well.
At 59 Loraine Dr, Detectives located an active 1 pot methamphetamine lab, methamphetamine, methamphetamine manufacturing materials, 7 one pot methamphetamine labs that had been already manufactured and US Currency.
The following subjects were arrested at 59 Loraine Dr, for unlawful participation in Methamphetamine manufacturing, possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
Derek J. Clay, (33 years of age), 137 Loraine Dr, Apt. 306, Galesburg Il
Adrian C. Pettis, (43 years of age), 59 Loraine Dr, Galesburg Il
Brandon A. Ware, (35 years of age), 202 South St, Biggsville Il
Amanda J. Brunswig, (39 years of age), 910 W. 3rd Ave, Monmouth Il
Jacob M. Shaner, (32 years of age), 934 Hawkinson Ave, Galesburg Il
Randy K. Wilson, (32 years of age), 74 S. West St, Apt 4, Galesburg Il
Kara E. Hasse, (20 years of age), 1118 Warren School Rd, Monmouth Il
William L. Wells, (54 years of age), 59 Loraine Dr, Galesburg Il was also arrested on a warrant for Unlawful participation in Methamphetamine manufacturing, unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Wells was issued a bond $150,000.00 10%. Wells was arrested in Monmouth by the Monmouth Police Department.
This case is a result of ongoing joint investigations between the Knox County Sheriff’s Department, the Galesburg Police Department and the Knox County State’s Attorney Office.
Anyone arrested is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
