New Tax Levy for Monmouth-Roseville School District

Share

The Monmouth-Roseville school district has approved a new tax levy for the school district.

Taxes will increase a cent or more based on where the school’s Equalized Assessed Value. EAV is the assessed value of a property.

Monmouth-Roseville Superintendent Ed Fletcher says there won’t be much change in property tax:

“I don’t anticipate, on the school’s end of it, there being much of a change on a person’s property tax bill. I can’t speak for all the tax enmities in Warren County, but from the school’s end, there will be very little change.”

The tax levy had been on display since November.
