Warren County United Way’s 211 provides free access to a call center which serves people in crisis or who need help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and in any language spoken by Warren County residents who need access to this service. 211 maintains an extensive service directory of detailed listing of service providers to which callers can be referred, depending on their specific situation.
During the national 211 celebration, Warren County United Way is celebrating with a member agency to kick off another year of crisis service. This week, Warren Achievement Center will unveil new 211 advertisements on every public transportation bus.
For decades, Warren County Public Transportation has been providing excellence in transportation service to Warren County. Each year, this service provides over 55,000 rides within Warren County. They operate Monday through Friday and offer rides in Monmouth, Cameron, Little York, Kirkwood, and Roseville. One-way trips in Monmouth cost $1, and rides to or from Cameron, Little York, and Kirkwood are $3. One-way trips to or from Roseville cost only $5. Door-to-door service is also available. This comfortable, economical, and safe services is accessible to everyone, including the disabled.
