Diabetes Support Group Starting Back Up this Month at OSF Healthcare Holy Family

Share

The diabetes support group, held at OSF Healthcare Holy Family, is starting back up on Monday, August 24th at 5 pm in the Wellness Classroom. Diabetes Education Coordinator Tina Canada explains the protocols in place:

“People wanting to attend should go to the North employee entrance, where traditionally they have gone in. I will be screening people, checking their temperatures. We are asking everyone to wear a mask. We will be practicing social distancing. The one thing that will be different, is that I am asking people to pre-register so that I do know how many people we are expecting to make sure we can accommodate that many in the Wellness Classroom with social distancing,” Canada says.

The program will cover Mediterranean diets.
