Warren Achievement Center has several job openings available. Julie Shaw, the Director of HR and Staff Development shares what the jobs entail:

“We’re looking for one full-time and several part-time residential assistants. Those folks support the individuals with developmental disabilities in our group homes. We have six group homes here in the community and two apartment locations where we serve individuals who are a little more independent. So the residential assistants support the individuals, get to know the individuals, support them with their goals, take them shopping, [and] do fun activities as well.”

WAC is also looking for a part-time developmental training aid, which supports individuals in the day-services program, as well as a part-time van driver. Lastly, WAC is looking for full-time site manager that would provide guidance to the staff, primarily working second shift every other weekend. If you would like to submit an application for any of these positions, email warrenachievement.com, or call at 309-734-3131.
