Rest is Encouraged for Education Faculty and Staff

Share

The global pandemic has been stressful for everyone. Those in the education field have experienced a completely new approach to teaching students, placing pressure on these teachers and professors to educate students to the same degree of prior years with limitations. Principal Becky Hutton from Central Intermediate School encourages her faculty to relax during this summer break:

“I want to try and encourage rest and my staff. I’m not always good at that; I tend to be one of those people who emails when an idea comes to mind. So I’m going to work very hard as a principal to make sure our staff understands to appreciate family, appreciate friends this summer, so when we come back in the fall we’re ready to go with full energy.”
