The Bank of Stronghurst celebrated their 75th year by holding their annual Farmers’ Breakfast during the Henderson County Fair on Wednesday, July 28, after being unable to last year due to the pandemic. President and CEO Stacy Newberry is very happy with how the event turned out this year:
“It’s been a great day; we had a great turn-out, just like we didn’t miss a beat for not being able to have the event last year. We love seeing our farmers, our customers, and all our friends, and just celebrating another year of the fair.”
The Farmers’ Breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, fruit cups, ham, yogurt, orange juice, and even donut holes. Fisher’s Food Center and the Belted Cow catered and provided food for this delicious breakfast event.
