Evelyn Louise Dutton, age 90, of Monmouth, Illinois; passed away at 5:37 pm on September 25, 2021 at Cottage Hospital in Galesburg, Illinois. Louise was born on August 18, 1931 in Monmouth, and is the daughter of Orvall Marion and Mary Josephine Hamilton Kaywood. The family came to Monmouth when Louise was in high school and she attended Monmouth High School locally. Louise married Jack R. Dutton on September 23, 1950 in Monmouth and he is surviving her. She began work as a seamstress at Formfit of Monmouth, and later became a stay at home Mom while her children were young. Later she worked in the Lunchroom of the Kirkwood Grade School for a number of years. Her greatest joy were her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and their activities. She is survived by her husband, Jack of Monmouth, IL; three daughters, Denise Babbitt and Rodger of Stark, FL.; Betty Ballard and John of Monmouth, Illinois; Joyce Melton and Bob of Little York, IL; and three sons, Jack Dutton and Lisa of Burlington, IA; Bob Dutton and Mandy of West Burlington, IA; and Michael Dutton and Tracy of Macomb, IL. There are also numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren surviving. She is preceded in her death by her parents, two great grandchildren, two brothers, and one sister. 

A graveside funeral service is planned on Thursday September 30, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Warren County Memorial Park Cemetery in Monmouth, Illinois. Due to Covid 19 no calling or visitation hours are currently being planned by her family. Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth is in charge of her care locally.
