The Monmouth College soccer teams have found the early season going to be quite challenging, but both squads are optimistic about the week ahead, which includes a home doubleheader against Lake Forest College at Peacock Field this coming Saturday beginning at 11 a.m.
Sports Information Director Nathan Baliva shares an update on Fighting Scots soccer:
“Jordyn Gosell has (a team-high) four goals” for the women’s team, said Sports Information Director Nathan Baliva. “The women have a home date on Tuesday versus nationally ranked Loras, so that should be a tough match.
“The men travel to Illinois Wesleyan on Tuesday night and then will get ready for Lake Forest on Saturday.”
