Behind on Rent? Jamieson Center Can Assist

Share

The Illinois Rental Payment program portal is back open for those behind on their rent informs Jamieson Community Center Executive Director Nancy Mowen:

“If people are behind in their rent, there are some income guidelines: they have to be 80% of the median income, but if they are behind in their rent this can help them catch up. It will also pay a little bit forward so that they then can have that cushion and get back on their feet again. If anyone out there is in that position where they are behind on rent, give us a call and we can help with that application process.”
