The Monmouth-Roseville girls basketball team is having a great start to their season. The Titans are currently unbeaten at 6-0, which includes winning a championship plaque at the ROWVA/Williamsfield Pre-Thanksgiving Tournament.

The Titans are looking to build off their first program win in the Three Rivers Conference West division following a 59-28 victory over Riverdale. Monmouth-Roseville jumped out to a 15-0 lead after the first quarter and used strong defense to put the game away.

Head coach Scott Weber believes his team can build off their early success in order to put together a strong season.

Monmouth-Roseville will travel to Wethersfield Thursday night for a varsity only contest, starting at 7:15. The Titans will look to get off to another quick start to be successful in their match up. The Titans also hope to clean up their smaller mistakes to bring the squad together as a whole.

The Lady Titans home opener will be on Monday night against Erie-Prophetstown at Monmouth-Roseville High School.
