Burlington Man Arrested in Henderson County for Possession of Methamphetamine

Henderson County Chief Deputy Matthew Link releases the arrest of David J. Mathias, age: 33 of Burlington, IA. On Sunday, January 9th, 2022 at 12:36PM. Henderson County Sheriff Deputies investigated a report of a male subject slumped over the wheel of his vehicle on Township Road 500N in the Township of Media, IL. The deputies arrested Mathias for Driving While License Suspended, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Controlled Substance. Mathias was taken into custody, transported to the Henderson County Jail, where he was processed and then placed into jail. Possession of Methamphetamine is no bond felony charge. Mathias was seen in front of a judge for a bond hearing. Next court date for Mathias is 01/12/2022 at 9:00AM.

ALL SUBJECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
