Henderson County Chief Deputy Matthew Link releases the arrest of Jesse Trout, age: 24, of Dallas City, IL. On March 12th, 2022 at 12:38PM, a Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a vehicle on IL Rt. 522 at Township Road 840N near Carman, IL. The vehicle Trout was driving was reported stolen vehicle from Burlington, IA. Trout was arrested for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Resisting a Police Officer, Driving While License Suspended and Improper Lane Usage. The Deputy transported Trout to the Henderson County Jail, where he was processed. Trout is held at the Henderson County Jail, with no bond, pending a court hearing.
