As the first hemp growers in the state of Illinois, American Hemp Research is entering their third year of manufacturing products, says local farmer and entrepreneur Andy Huston:
“CBD is a cannabinoid that comes from a cannabis plant. We manufacture all the hemp and the crude CBD oil right on our farm. Then we have a bottler and mixer that he puts all of our CBD oil into our products. There are all different types of ailments that people have seen benefits from, anywhere from arthritis. We also have pet products.”
