Iowa Woman Says Dad Was Serial Killer

Share

An Iowa woman claims her father was one of the country’s most prolific serial killers.  Lucy Studey [[ Stu-dee ]] told authorities the late Donald Dean Studey killed as many as 70 women over several decades, mostly prostitutes and runaways, and buried them on his rural property in Thurman, not far from the Nebraska border.  The property is being investigated and Fremont County Sheriff Kevin Aistrope tells the Des Moines Register cadaver dogs had hits in the area, possibly indicating decomposing remains.  Donald Dean Studey died in 2013.
