Monmouth City Council Approves TIF Term Sheet with New Business on West 6th Ave.

A new business in Monmouth has entered a TIF Term Sheet with the City of Monmouth. Developers Daniel and Nicolette Toops have purchased the property at 110 West 6th Avenue with plans to redevelop the property into storage units and a testing lane for larger vehicles, reports City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher:

$338,000 for the project is eligible for the performance based TIF reimbursement.
