W-HFB President Jake Armstrong Says Recent Rainfalls Preparing Soil for Excellent Growing Season

Share

Following some recent rainfalls locally, Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau President Jake Armstrong says the soil has rebounded from a dry spell:

“With this weird, warm winter we have had, I think a lot of this rain has stayed. I think it is in the soil profile and didn’t just run off. It is good. We have really rebounded. We were dry. We are setting ourselves up for another excellent growing season. As long as we can get a dry spell in April so we can get things planted and get things done properly; I think we are setting ourselves up for success.”
