Eagle View Marketing & Public Relations Director Emily Higgins Says Both Iowa and Illinois Medicaid and Medicare Accepted

Eagle View Community Health System is a non-profit public healthcare organization serving uninsured and underserved communities by offering medical, dental, and behavioral health care services. As insurance is a major question when it comes to healthcare, Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator Emily Higgins reports Eagle View accepts most insurances:

“We do accept most insurances. We also accept Illinois and Iowa Medicaid and Medicare, that is a big thing as well. Not all providers accept both of those and then, of course, for those who are uninsured or underinsured, because there are some healthcare insurance plans that don’t quite cover everything that an individual might need and let’s be honest, insurance is expensive. We do offer a sliding fee discount program that can offer discounts on services based on your household size income. Of course, we can work with people on payment plans and things like that.”

Serving the Oquawka, Stronghurst, and Monmouth communities, Higgins shares Eagle View is currently seeking applicants for a variety of open positions, which can be found online at http://eagleviewhealth.org/careers.
