Kevin Ray Phillips, 56, of Galesburg, Illinois died at 6:08 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Marigold Health and Rehab, Galesburg.
Kevin was born January 5, 1967 in Macomb, Illinois the son of Bernard Ray and Shirley Louise (Eddington) Phillips. After graduating from high school, Kevin attended community college.
Kevin is survived by one brother, Kory (Stephani) Phillips of Hutchison, Kansas; one sister, Roberta (Burton) Stewart of Vergennes, Vermont; and his cousin Angela Hasse of Keokuk, Iowa. Along with his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by one sister, Connie Konkler.
