Cynthia Sue (Robertson) Davis, 72, of Baring, Missouri, formally of Vermont Illinois, passed away at 12:18 a.m. on April 30, 2023, at St Mary Medical Center in Galesburg, Illinois.

Cindy was born on January 5, 1951, in Galesburg to Samuel and Lena (Harrison) Robertson.

She is survived by 3 children, Samalee Burgett of Baring, Wendy (and Randy) Schauer of Galesburg, and John (and Jody) Harshbarger of Macomb, Illinois, a stepdaughter, Jeanna (and David) Long of Bushnell, Illinois, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, one sister Rhonda (and Mike) Melton of Temecula, California and, one brother Samuel “Rob” (and Patty) Robertson, of Escondido California. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 35 years, Loren “Max” Guilliams, a granddaughter, Courtney Pinckney, and her recent 4-legged companion, Bella Rose.

Cindy was an animal lover and enjoyed visiting with her family and friends. She retired from NTN Bower in Macomb and recently enjoyed working at IDK Café in Baring. She attended the Edina Christian Church in Baring.

Cremation will be accorded. A Celebration of Cindy’s life will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at the First Church of God in Galesburg. In lieu of flowers, please bring a dish to pass to the Celebration of Life. A second Celebration of her life for her Missouri Friends and Family will be announced once the details are finalized. Memorial contributions can be made in Cindy’s memory to the local Humane Society or Knox County Ambulance District in Edina, Missouri. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service Galesburg Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
