Monmouth-Roseville Titan Softball Seeing Offensive Improvements as Regular Season Winds Down

The Monmouth-Roseville varsity softball team is getting ready for IHSA regional action beginning Monday. Before their regional quarterfinal matchup at Farmington, the Titans have two more regular season TRAC-West division matchups on the road this week. Tonight, Monmouth-Roseville is in Sherrard to do battle with the 15-7 Sherrard Tigers, before travelling to Morrison tomorrow night for the closing match of the regular season. Head Coach of the Titans Jarrod Hippen, detailed what he wants to see from his team in these pivotal last two games, as Monmouth-Roseville prepares for postseason play.

The Titans softball team has been placed as the 9 seed in the Brimfield 2A regional, and will open up the class 2A regional tournament with a quarterfinal matchup at Farmington on Monday at 4:30.
