Timothy A. Hillman, Sr., 51, of Macomb, IL, passed away at 2:34 p.m., Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Blessing Hospital, Quincy, IL. 

He was born on May 30, 1972 in Peoria, IL, the son of William, Sr. and Frances (Dixon) Hillman.  Tim was raised and educated in Peoria, IL.  Tim married Rosemary Carrier on February 9, 1998 in Peoria, IL; she survives. 

Tim was a stay-at-home dad for many years, he loved spending time with and taking care of his family.  He also worked at several area fast food restaurants.  Tim enjoyed listening to music and playing video games.  He loved going to Lake Story in Galesburg.  Tim liked playing Frisbee golf.  Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. 

Surviving Tim is his wife, Rosemary Hillman of Macomb, IL; his children, Teara Brown of Peoria, IL, Tiffany (Mario Araujo) Hillman of El Paso, TX, Samantha Hillman of Macomb, IL, Timothy Hillman, Jr. of Macomb, IL, Steven (Taylor Stout) Hillman, Sr. of Macomb, IL; his grandchildren, Destiny Randle, Ty’marion Burnside, Zyeer Marks, Lyricao Collins, Aamanee Brown, Matthew Araujo, Aaron Araujo, Makayla Howell, Oliver Howell, Emma Howell, Daniel Stout, Kobe Hillman, Steven Hillman, Jr.; his siblings, Diana (Gary) Vanskike of Monmouth, IL, William Hillman, Jr. of Peoria, IL,  and Robert Hillman of Peoria, IL.  Several nieces and nephews also survive. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Carolyn Hillman.Cremation rites have been accorded.  A celebration of life will be at a later date.  Memorials can be made to the Timothy Hillman Memorial Fund.  McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, IL, is in charge of the arrangements.
