BCA Instructor Rebecca Quick and Intern Rowan Love Creating Two Murals in Monmouth This Summer

Share

Buchanan Center for the Arts Program Coordinator Rebecca Quick and summer intern Rowan Love are creating two murals this summer for the Monmouth community, explains Executive Director Kristyne Gilbert:

“The two of them will be working on The Simulation Sports mural on South Main Street, as well as a multi-cultural colorful design on the northeast quadrant of the square for the City Parks Department. If you see folks out there painting and creating, we never say no to help, if you want to join in, just let us know.”

Additionally, on display in the James Keefe Gallery at the Buchanan Center through August are the featured pieces by Galesburg native Ann Polillo.
