With the conclusion of the 4-H swine show Thursday morning at the Warren County Agricultural Fair, the sheep show kicked off its competition. Logan Corzatt, a senior at Monmouth-Roseville High School had a successful show day, taking home the Champion Whether and Champion Ewe title.
“Some of the feedback was the sheep were presented really well, with what I did, said Corzatt. “Then for showmanship, how I was showing the sheep, was pretty well, he said.”
During the 4-H Recognition Program, Corzatt was also recognized for his involvement on the judging team.
“So the judging team, we went for eight weeks straight, and we did pretty well,” said Corzatt. “I had the opportunity to be the Champion Senior Overall for the all-around contests.”
After the Warren County Fair, Corzatt says he will start preparing for the State Fair in August and a national show in Louisville, Kentucky in November.
