Ramona A. (Walker) Allen, 86, of Roseville, IL, passed away at 11:39 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2023, at the Oak Lane Nursing and Rehab facility in Stronghurst, IL. She was born June 13, 1937 in Galesburg, IL, the daughter of Raymond and Gladys (Gaul) Walker. She was raised and educated in Monmouth graduating from Monmouth High School in 1954.

She married Donald Allen in 1955 and he preceded her in death in 1993.

Those left to cherish her memory are; son, Donald (Cindy) Allen of Roseville; grandson Michael Chad (Diana) Allen of Osage Bach, MO; two great-grandsons Parker and Mitchell Allen.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Vickie Hennenfent.

Ramona was the Roseville Village Treasurer for 62 years until her retirement in June of 2023.

Cremation rites have been accorded per her wishes with no services planned. Show respect for the living and let the deceased rest in peace. Memorial contributions may be made to the Roseville Boyscout Troop 336 or Oak Lane Nursing and Rehab, Stronghurst. Moore Memorial Home-Roseville is handling the arrangements.
