Share

On September 12, 2023 at 3:52 pm the Macomb Police Department was notified of a possible adult female sex offender living in Macomb, IL and was non-compliant with her sex offender registration. As a Macomb Police Officer investigated this report, we determined the non-compliant sex offender was Krystal Hart and had an alias of Krystal Martin. When a state check was conducted results came back that Krystal Martin was non-compliant with her sex offender registration out of Naperville, IL. It was later determined that Krystal Martin had legally changed her name to Krystal Hart. Naperville PD was contacted and Krystal Hart has been non-compliant with her sex offender registration since August 2021. During the Macomb Police Officer’s investigation, we learned Hart had been living in Macomb since October 2022 and has not registered as a sex offender as she is required to do so. Hart was taken into custody and charged with Failure to Register as a sex offender.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
