MDH Welcomes Dr. Margaret Tate to the MDH Family Clinic

McDonough District Hospital welcomes Margaret Tate, DO, to the MDH Family Clinic, located on the second floor of Health Services Building 2. She will see patients of all ages.

Dr. Tate recently worked as a Family Medicine physician with the OSF Medical Group and also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine also working as a precept to a medical student.

She also worked as a precept to nurse practitioner students through the Illinois State University Mennonite College of Nursing.

Dr. Tate completed her Residency with the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathy medical degree from the Kirksville (Missouri) College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University.

A graduate of Millikin University (Bachelor of Science in Biology), she earned her Master of Biomedical Science Degree from A.T. Still.

Dr. Tate is Board Certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and American Board of Family Medicine.
