Construction continues on the Harlem Avenue water main project in Monmouth. Mayor Rod Davies explains crews are currently working on the second block of Phase 1:

“We have one block done and are deep into getting the second block done. It is going to go from Main Street to G Street, so that will be Phase 1, while we wait to hear on our money for Phase 2. We hope that will be soon so that as soon as we finish Phase 1 with the water main we can move right to Phase 2. Then when those are done, we will actually get to the road.”
