Local Willing Worker Bots 4-H Club Members Represent at State Robotics Competition

The Willing Worker Bots through their local 4-H Club —Willing Workers 4-H Club— these 3 accomplished some amazing things!!

Max DeSmit — Age 14 — 8th Grade — AAMS
JT Squire — Age 9 — 3rd Grade — HGS
Owen DeSmit — Age 9 — 3rd Grade — HGS

(Coaches: Bob Burgess, Paul Bierdeman, Hannah DeSmit)

This team has worked hard for months and brought home the following at the Illinois 4-H State Robotics Competition this past Saturday, May 4th in Bloomington, IL:

Robotics Champion Rookie Division

Best Table Performance Rookie Division

OVERALL GRAND CHAMPIONS

We scored the highest score in tournament history as well as almost doubling the next closest score over all today. The boys did AMAZING!!! They also really excelled in the technical judging as well as teamwork judging.
